Tips for Visitors

Useful information about BeSt Vienna

Please note the following information and offers for your stay at the BeSt fair in the Wiener Stadthalle:

Information booths

First orientation you can get at the Infokojen (general information booths). You will find the general information booths in the foyer at the main entrance on Roland-Rainer-Platz, in the center of Hall D, in the foyer of Hall E and at the Vogelweidplatz entrance to Hall B.

Fair booths, areas and color coding system

The fair booths are assigned to color-coded content areas. For example, the field of technology and science is green, and health and social affairs are red. The first letters of the areas are part of the booth number, for example T for Technology and Natural Sciences and the booth number T1 for the exhibitor. See also: Floorplan

Catalog, exhibitors and hall plan

At the fair visit you will receive a free catalog (German only) containing the exhibitors and the hall plan of BeSt Vienna. Exhibitors who are not listed in the plan are listed on posters at the info booths. The plan may have slight deviations from the real built stands. On presentation walls, institutions are presented that are not represented with their own stand.
